Dr Gareth Morris-Stiff is a former surgical oncologist with extensive experience in pancreatic, liver and biliary disease. Following his clinical career, he moved into the biopharma and biotech sector, where he has been involved in the development of innovative therapies, including plant-based research initiatives.

He is interested in metabolic health and the role nutrition may play in supporting overall wellbeing. His perspective reflects a broader view of health that considers both conventional and complementary approaches.

Sandra El-Doueihy, MSc, RD, RNutr, LD, MBDA. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, ex NHS, academia, government consultancy, private practice, and the food and pharmaceutical industries in the UK and Lebanon.

Her work spans acute hospital settings, private practice, public health consultancy, and the pharmaceutical sector. She focuses on delivering evidence-based nutrition strategies that support long-term health, clinical outcomes, and overall well-being.

She previously worked as a Specialist Dietitian at The Wellington Hospital in London, where she supported patients across a wide range of areas, including cardiology, oncology, metabolic health, gastrointestinal conditions, and weight management. Her clinical experience also includes enteral feeding, oral nutritional support, and working within multidisciplinary teams to deliver personalised care.

Alongside her clinical work, she is the founder of a long-standing private practice in Beirut, where she has been supporting individuals since 1997. Her work covers cardiovascular health, metabolic conditions, digestive health, women’s health, and nutrition for active lifestyles.

She has also worked closely with the pharmaceutical and nutrition industries, contributing to product development, regulatory processes, and professional education. Her experience extends to advising on national nutrition strategies and public health initiatives.

Her approach combines clinical expertise with a practical and personalised understanding of nutrition, helping individuals make informed decisions that support their health over time.
