Delicious, beautifully packaged, and I love knowing I'm taking something good for my body every day. I haven't been taking them for long enough to see results, but I like that they are vegan and made with a nutritionist. It was a little bit confusing/unclear that you have to take two a day, rather than just one, but since they are tasty, it's a treat anyway!

Started taking those gummies over 2 weeks ago, the taste is fantastic, no added sugar so it gives a pleasant taste without messing the blood sugar levels , the ingredients are fantastic - everything a girl needs for healthy skin , hair and nails .
